Scenes with a post order, a HUD that starts faster and tells you where it's stuck, your character's picture on Home, and serial numbers for issued gear. Everything since 27 October.
New
- Scenes and post order. Start a scene from the HUD and the leader rolls the posting order. On your turn, post and press Done posting to pass it on. Switch on Pass when I post and it moves on by itself a few seconds after you post. The leader can give the turn back after a mistaken post, or hand it to someone. Scenes and post order
- Your picture on Home. The Portrait Home layout shows your character’s own picture in its circle, with a background behind the card where your sim allows it. Switch character shows each character’s picture, level, class, race and groups. The Home screen
- Issued gear. Sims can give gear such as badges, keys and radios a serial number and a record of who it was issued to. You’ll see the serial on the item. A copy staff switch off as lost or stolen stops opening doors and its radio goes quiet, and whoever holds it is told. Inventory
- Events that run for days. Events have an end date and time and can run for up to 7 days, as far as your sim allows, with timeline beats on any day of the event. Events and rewards
- Effects on the website. Your character page has an Effects tab: buffs, debuffs, cooldowns, what you’re under in a fight, and your wounds, in one place.
- Things to dig and break. On sims that place them, there are rocks you break open and then mine, and graves you dig.
- Staff: fight history. Party control has a Past fights tab: every fight that ends is kept, with how it ended, who was in it and its whole log. Running a fight
- Staff: a whole account’s timeline. One timeline with every character’s logs and the account’s own, from the character page or the account page. Reading the logs
- Staff: alt accounts by computer. Possible alts can match accounts used from the same computer, not only the same browser. Finding alt accounts
- Staff: admin messages from the website. Send a message, a popup or a HUD reset to everyone on the sim, or to people you pick, from Moderation › Admin messages. Moderation
- Staff: secret groups. Switch off Show on titler and a group stays off its members’ titlers. Groups, ranks and access
- Staff: Server › Servers. Every in-world server in one list, with a daily check that the core ones still answer.
- Staff: a HUD theme kit. Layered templates for each Home layout to give an artist making your sim’s own HUD look. Making a HUD theme
- Staff: patch reminders. The website tells superadmins when database patches are waiting, and the sim’s staff Discord gets a reminder each day until they’ve run.
Changed
- The HUD starts faster. It signs in and loads your account, character and settings in one go, and loads only the icons it uses. If something holds it up, the loading line shows which step, and it tries again instead of waiting for ever. Troubleshooting
- Crafting at a station. You need to be at the station to craft, break down or enchant there. At a station that needs its crafter present, a finished job waits until you’re back at it. Crafting
- Stabilizing wounds. Sims can let only one class, such as medics, stabilize a wound, and stabilizing can make it heal sooner. Wounds
- The fight view. Drones and emplacements are listed after the fighters who take turns, and the turn numbers count only those fighters. Grenades and emplacements are used from the fight’s item list without picking a target. Drones and emplacements
- Staff: regions. Every roleplay region gets a place on RP hot spots, and can be given a level, before anyone has emoted there. Adding a region
Fixed
- Your HUD only listens to your sim. Another object in the region that knew your key could send your HUD commands. It can’t any more, once your sim hands out the new HUD.
- Big deliveries. A long delivery no longer runs the in-world HUD out of memory.
- Split stacks. An item could end up split into many piles, so new ones never joined them and some couldn’t be spent. They’re joined back together and stay that way.
- The Purse on Home. On some sims the Purse counter never showed, even switched on. It’s back, first in the row.
- Perk level-ups always showed as due. They now show when one really is, and only real points can be spent.
- Character limits apply on every sim, and changing class keeps to the classes your race can take.
- Doors in a lockdown stay locked when staff save their settings, and you need to be close to a door to use it.
- Alarms follow staff Force Trigger and Silence, and silence panels open when you touch them.
- Spells. A channeled or held spell is lost when its caster goes down or uses an item. A rune only spends a charge when it really cuts a channel.
- Events say how long feedback stays open using your sim’s setting. They always said a week.
For sim staff
Database patches. Run these on Server › Patches on every sim; the page shows which ones yours still needs. Until they’ve run, superadmins see a banner on the website, and once 2026-11-02f has run the sim’s staff Discord gets a reminder each day. 2026-10-31c changes every table, so it takes longer than the rest.

In-world scripts to update. Swap these into the objects that use them.
hud.lsl41 → 45, with the newhud-tools.lslbeside it in the same prim: the HUD is two scripts now. It closes the hole other objects could send commands through, and takes long deliveries in pieces. Swaptitler.lslin the titler at the same time, then hand out the new HUD. On the SLua HUD, swaphud.luau(still 44) for the same fixes.ban-server.lslanddelivery-server.lsl4 → 5: only your website can send them commands.Titler-NPC.lsl14 → 15: long updates no longer run it out of memory.node.lsl1.2 → 1.3: reads a gather’s result correctly.requestitem.lsl3.0 → 3.1: tells the person who touched it what the server said.quest-prop.lsl2 (new, the LSL twin ofquest-prop.luau): setup problems go to the owner, not the person touching it.grave-node.lsl(new): a gathering node you dig.craftingtable.luau2: no more presence pings. The server asks the crafter’s own HUD instead, and the old table’s pings now go nowhere.quest-prop.luau2: setup problems go to the owner, asquest-prop.lsldoes.
These changed without a new version number, so swap them if your copies are older than 27 October:
alarm.lsl,alarm.luauandsilencepanel.luau: alarms follow staff Force Trigger and Silence, and silence panels open when touched.singledoor.lsl,single-blast-door.lslandsingledoor.luau: doors use their glow setting, and the blast door reaches the server again.
